Most people expect a certain level of quality when they plunk down 400$ on a juicer. However, the people at Juciero didn’t get that memo.
The Juciero juicer is a wireless juicer that retails for $399, but originally sold for $700. It works by pressing pre-assembled packets of fruit and vegetables into healthy smoothies.
While the Juicero blog says that the machine produces enough force to “lift two teslas”, a video from Bloomberg Technology shows that you can break the packets open with your hands. Olivia Zaleski, the squeezer, says that all it takes is a “light squeeze.”
People are understandably upset.
@juicero After actually reading this product was not a joke I feel sorry for the people who paid for one – what a waste of money and resources!
